About Subscription,

    Greetings of the Day!!

    Thank you for all assistance and timely support. It was a great experience using Jot form.

    However, would like to end the subscription as of now. this month by default the subscription was deducted from the credit card.

    Request you to end the subscription or suggest ways in which we can end the subscription.

    Please help on an urgent basis.

    We appreciate very much your opinion about our product and support.

    I just checked your records and I see you have cancelled the subscription.

    Your account is now scheduled to downgrade on April 7
