Page title: Can page title automatically update when the form title is changed?

Yes, you are correct. It would be intuitive, but why we have kept it as separate is because, the page title shows the name that would appear on the browser tab.

Users would like to keep a different title probably a shortened version due to the amount of characters visible in the browser tab.

But let me forward a feature request to our back end to check for a possibility of automatic update of the page title when the form title is changed. We will not be able to provide an ETA as to when or if this feature would be implemented, but we will keep you posted on the updates via this thread.
