Jotform Mobile Forms: The Square Integration can't be connected in the Jotform Mobile.

    The user has reported that he/she was not able to connect the Square Integration through the Jotform Mobile Forms.


    I have cloned the user's form and tested the issue on my end.


    1- First, I have tried to connect the integration in the web version. I was able to connect the Square Integration without a problem.

    2- Then, I have tried to connect the Square Integration in the Jotform Mobile Forms. I have used iOS and Android devices for testing.


    3- As a result, I was able to replicate the issue in the Jotform Mobile Forms. The connection can't be done and the process fails.

    So I will need to connect on a desktop?

    I have tried connecting a live Square account via Jotform Mobile and was also able to replicate the issue. It doesn't connect and keeps on loading after several tries.

    If it's urgent, I would suggest connecting via desktop for now while the issue is still being looked at by our developers.
