NEW submission sheet>Edit submission: edited field submissions returns the unique name when downloaded as excel

    I have a drop down field "STATUS" visible only on my submissions page. 

    There are pre-populated selections to chose from.

    When I pick one and DOWNLOAD to Excel that field comes out wrong.

    I have 3 different forms and 2 of them are not working correctly.

    The "STATUS" should say 1 of 4 choices.

    To clarify, you have edited the form submission and updated the status field but when the submission is downloaded the field data is missing in excel?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and the status field is updated correctly after editing the submission.

    Can you please share to us the steps to replicate the issue?

    Click on which form I want to view

    Click submissions

    Change the STATUS field accordingly

    Click DOWNLOAD and select Excel

    Open the excel spread sheet

    And the Status field is as shown above screen capture


    I have 3 forms and 2 of them are not posting

    The "REQUEST I.T. ASSISTANCE" form does down load correctly

    I have downloaded a sample excel file from your submission and I was able to view the issue.

    I have escalated this to our back-end team for further investigation.

    They will contact you via this thread once updates are available.

    After the latest updates on Jotform Sheets, this issue should be fixed. I've checked this issue on my end and it seems to work fine now.
