Excel Report occasionally not showing all data fields

    Good Day.

     

    I would like to report a puzzling observation my friends and I have made as we monitored form submissions by downloading reports in Excel format.

    Occasionally, when we download the Excel report, we only see the Excel columns containing the IP numbers and Submission dates, with other data columns being blank.

    What might be the explanation for this issue?

    Hi Joshua,

    We recently have this issue but everything has been fixed already as per advice by our CTO. Can you please try it again, clear your browsers cache first if needed.
