I've just created a form called "Web Site Design Initial Contact" and in the edit area all looks fine and saved.
I have saved the form but when I go to preview mode it still has an earlier version (see question 4 on the form) the in preview mode if I click on open in a new tab it has an even earlier version displayed via the forms URL.
Is this a known issue you are currently having or is it something specific in my form design that has caused this?

Hello Jim,I have cleared the caches from our end. I also suggest that you clear your browser's cache and logging back in and see if it fixes the preview.

Thanks for the feedback, I was speaking with Ed on live chat, seems he went through same process too, it didnt make a difference. We tried another URL and that didnt work either. I cleared my browsers (Chrome) cache and still same. I then tried a different browser (Firefox) and had the same issues. Eventually I tried doing a clone of the form and that worked fine, so I deleted the original. Maybe a possible workaround for anyone experiencing the same issues.

I am glad that your form is fixed now.
Yes, cloning forms is one of the workaround for forms not updating properly and usually it is the last resort because sometimes it breaks the formatting especially those forms that have lots of custom styles.
