My form is disabled - can you please fix this?

I have checked your account and it is suspended due to phishing features on the form because of requesting credit card information. If your form is meant to process online payments, please make use of our payment widgets (i.e. Paypal) and please avoid using Credit Card on your forms and use similar terms.

Okay - understood. Can you please reactivate the account so I can make those changes to the form?

I apologize for the delay, I already reactivate your account. I would suggest deleting the form and replace it can prevent future errors or problems.
