Collecting of data / survey

Hello

We are planning a broad international survey in which we want to collect data about the health condition of children from participating parents. The survey will be fully anonymized, means we are not asking for email addresses, names or any other information that could link the data to a person.

Is it possible to conduct such a survey with Jotform and, if so, what are the guidelines?
