Thank you page: Ability to display results from individual submissions in a graphic way

I need a way to display results from individual submissions (from calculated hidden fields) in a graphic way (ideal would be vertical bars)

Can that be done? I see a previous question where it says it is not a feature yet, but is planned? ( www.jotform.com/answers/1866981.  )

This feature would be extremely valuable for me, since I use jotform for individual questionnaires in the health sector.

Even if it would just put the sliders on the form https://hipaa.jotform.com/christinesauer/craving-type

so they work with the hidden fields, it would be great.

Unfortunately, the feature request on the other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1866981 is currently on low priority. Let me also send this thread as a feature request to our backend team to increase the importance. However, please note that we cannot provide any ETA at this moment.
