Cannot get Square payment integration to connect

    i've cleared cache... changed cookie settings...

    still this gets stuck like this for well over 15 minutes!

    ug -- help

    We are currently not experiencing any issues with our Square payment integration. Normally, when you click the Connect with Square button, a pop-up will appear asking you to sign in to your Square account. Here's a screenshot:


    May I know where did you get stuck? When you click the Connect with Square button, did you see the pop-up? If not, then please try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are already using Google Chrome, then try enabling the pop-up feature, here's a guide from Google

    If the issue persists, then please try log out from Jotform and restart your browser. After that, try it again.

    I will also clear your form cache from our end so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
