i've cleared cache... changed cookie settings...
still this gets stuck like this for well over 15 minutes!

We are currently not experiencing any issues with our Square payment integration. Normally, when you click the Connect with Square button, a pop-up will appear asking you to sign in to your Square account. Here's a screenshot:
May I know where did you get stuck? When you click the Connect with Square button, did you see the pop-up? If not, then please try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are already using Google Chrome, then try enabling the pop-up feature, here's a guide from Google.
If the issue persists, then please try log out from JotForm and restart your browser. After that, try it again.
I will also clear your form cache from our end so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
