We have assigned a back up mailadress email@example.com for theour form UWCadayönkayıt formu the number of form received in the mail adress and here does not match ? how can we solve the problem?

Do you mean, some submissions are missing on your back-up email address? Can you please check if none of it lands on the spam folder? I would also suggest to check your form's submissions page to verify what are missing, you should be able to find them all there.a. Go to your My Forms pageb. Select the form and click on Submissions button above itLet us know your findings. Thanks!
