    Hi,

    May we have the affected forms please?

    Just in advance, I would recommend you to check and follow instructions given on this article: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Yes, I can see that your settings are set to noreply@jotform.com. Please kindly;

    1. Check your Spam Folder, the notifications coming from your form may have been filtered as per your mail settings.

    2. Add noreply@jotform.com to your Safe Sender List or Contact List

    3. Review again the article given on my first response and make sure to whitelist Jotform domain that are listed.

    I hope this helps. Please get back to us for the results.

    Thanks
