Transfer Form to Another Account

Our company is being acquired, and I need to transfer a form from one account to another as we split assets. 

Specifically, I need to move the form named 'Subscribe now and receive our newsletters!' and all submission data from account name 'SportsStrategies' to account name 'DueNorth.'

Reading the page linked below, I am directed to request this be done through support. Please advise if this is correct. Or, if not, please provide direction.

We can move the form for you, but you will have to request such action from the account owner: SportsStrategies. Meaning you will have to log in to that account and request the moving of the form.

That's just a security step.
