Adding a Budget Form to Application Form

I am setting up a simple form for a grant application. Within our paper version, it includes a budget form. I'd like to build this within the application but allow for the calculations to be tallied/summed? The budget portion would be basic and allow for people to input expenses/income information and then total the information. Is this possible? I can't use the card format because I need the ability for people to save and come back. Attached is a screenshot of one section of the budget form for reference.
