You can use our Dropbox integration in order to save your form submissions in Dropbox. It'll help you to organize your form submissions, categorize them depending on form titles and access them easily. Therefore, Dropbox forms will improve your performance and functionality when it comes to data collection through forms. You need to go to Settings>Integrations>Dropbox>Authenticate in order to start using Dropbox in your forms. You can remove integration anytime you want. 

If you want to share your form with people, JotForm offers many advanced and easy-to-use sharing options ranging from sharing through email to QR code. You can find the form link when you click on Publish button and share it manually. If you would like to share the link via email or social media, you can find it Publish>Quick Share>Share Options>Share on Facebook (Twitter). Moreover, if you're looking for more advanced solutions, you can share your forms through QR code anytime. You can find it in the share options menu and download the image. When form users scan the QR code specifically created for a particular form, they can reach your form and fill it out.
