We had a form submitted that was not pushed into my email.

    We are a charity that provides women with wigs for free.  A woman submitted an application through jotform on March 02 and I did not recieve an email notifying me of this.  

    It went to my spam folder, why after I was getting everything in my regular inbox for the two years or so?  If you guys were changing contact info, why wasn't I notified?  This is fairly serious, maybe me losing my postition.

    One possible reason is that you are using user's email as the sender email address on your form notification (email field). This sometimes causes this problem, probably due to inconsistency of the sender email address. We'd highlighy recommend to use "noreply@jotform.com" as a sender email address so it wont get a chance to land on your spam folder. Also, please check the following article to get more details.

    Great...  Just Great.  I am pretty sure I have all of the fields filled out correctly but, I tried to double check the sender email address and the page wouldn't load.  Neat.  Tons of fun.  I am looking forward to explaining all of this to my bosses.  Awesome company.  Thanks, I will be going elsewhere.

    I've been getting every submission for 2 years, now one goes rogue into my spam box.  Why?  because you changed your auto-response email address and didn't notify.  I guess I got my moneys worth, we payed for secure submissions and the rest of the service was free.
