Form Submission Preview is missing files

We are using JotForm for an Awards Program, where we can register the entries, and then accept the submissions, on separate forms.

The submissions typically include 2 pdf forms and 7-12 jpg files.  In previewing the submissions, I noticed one submission had the 2 pdf forms, but only 2 jpg files, which is unusual.  I then went back and reviewed the Submission Form receipt for that particular project, and the receipt shows the 2 pdf forms and 12 jpg files.  

How can this be rectified???

Which form are you reffering to? What is the form link?

We need to look further in the form. Please provide the name or the link of the form, so we can check it.

Issue resolved; the person submitted the submission twice; the first time was incomplete.  Case closed.
