PIPEDA / PHIPA compliance

I see that one can create HIPAA forms, does that also include Canadian - Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)?  More specifically the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

While our HIPAA compliant solution may meet the PIPEDA/PHIPA requirements in terms of security, I am afraid that we cannot tell that we are in compliance with Canadian legal requirements. Our HIPAA solution was specially designed to fulfill the requirements of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
