We are trying to take the source code of our form and put it in Adobe Muse in order for it to work with the backend of our site. When we use the embed function, it looks and functions great but it doesn't work with our beckend coding. We need the actual source code. However, when we use the source code option, the calendar option doesn't work and the help text doesn't appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is rather urgent. Very urgent!
Basically, when I take the SOURCE CODE, it appears on my site with a horribly out of whack format. In fact, you can press the submit button and, regardless of how many required questions were left blank, it submits. That's just one example.

Did you download your complete form source code? If yes, that includes JS and CSS files. You need to upload them as well in order for your form styles and validation to work properly.
May we also know the exact page URL where you've placed your form source code so we can check it here?
We'll wait your reply. Thanks!

What do you mean by "you need to upload them as well?"

Unfortunately, it's not uploaded yet. And no, I downloaded the source code exactly as you mentioned. The form, for some reason, appears in a totally odd format when coded with our backend. It looks perfect when simply embedded, but we can't use the embedded code with our backend. We need the source. Therefore, we're in a bit of a pickle here...

Thanks for your reply. Can you please provide a test page so we can troubleshoot the problem? It is ten times easier to load up the site and diagnose a problem if we can see it in our own browsers.
Thanks in advance.
