If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you would like to post a comment/status on each of the submissions made to your form.

That would be possible and you can do that on the submissions page of your form, following the instructions in this guide — How-To-Assign-Status-To-Submissions

I have added the Hidden box widget in your form and named it  feedback. Do note that you can only view the hidden box when you edit the form.
