The two hidden fields at the end are visible when form live?

I may have not been clear - I think you misunderstood my question

The two hidden fields at the end are visible when live? - see attached. I am not referring to conditions but setting in the fields themselves in the builder. See attched

It seems this is because of the condition below:

According to the condition, the fields will only be hidden as long as the Signature field is empty. Upon checking your form, I see that the fields displayed only when I filled the Signature field. If you don't wish to display those 2 fields on the form at all, then you can just hide them manually and remove those fields from all the conditions in which they are involved.

I am sorry but you misunderstood my question as I was not clear. 

I have two hidden fields (attached) but when live they are visible.

The mentioned fields are shown on your live form because of the conditions you set. 

Inside of the field properly you enabled the Hide field option. However, please note that the conditions will overrule the Hide field option. And you have multiple conditions in your form that are set to Hide the Total Payable and Calculation fields. If any of those conditions is triggered the fields will be shown. For example, in the condition from the screenshot, my colleague provided the fields will be hidden if the signature field is empty. So, if the signature field is filled the fields will be shown.

If the fields Total Payable and Calculation should always be hidden, you have to remove them from all conditions.
