Why I am receiving multiple emails?

Am receiving multiple emails, filled up the application form for employment but the one coming are mixed up. Why?

I see that there is an account NS00nCKu registered with your email address. If you are referring to any application that you may have submitted built using JotForm, please note that it shall be only monitored by the form owner.
