Submissions don't work through website

    Hello:


    I can submit a JotForm via our online portal through my computer. However, when I use our predetermined URL it says the submissions are full. With this being a new month I was under the impression the form would reset? Name is

    May we know the error message when you submit the form?

    Can you please share to us the web page you have embedded your form?

    I have cleared your form cache, can you please try to submit the form and let us know if the issue still remains?

    It is now working. I am not sure what changed, but thank you for your help.
