How can i make a quiz form?

Nice to be here to help. What kind of quiz do you want to make? Do you want a "multiple-choice question (MCQ)" kind of quiz or an essay kind of quiz? Do you need all the questions of the quiz in one form page that will be submitted at once after being answered? Or would you prefer to have one question on each form page, so that the next question only appears when the current one is answered and submitted?
