How to apply for non-profit and get a qoute?

I work for a local non-profit called Success Centers and we would like to upgrade our account to take advantage of all of your cool features.  I have two questions I was hoping you can help me with:

1.  Do you all provide discounts to non-profits that we can perhaps take advantage of?

2. Can you forward me an invoice for the Bronze package so our finance department can promptly pay you?  

Please get back to me as soon as you can, as we would like to employ your platform with the upgraded features immediately.

1.  Do you all provide discounts to non-profits that we can perhaps take advantage of?

Yes, you may avail our Non-Profit discount. To apply, please fill out and send this form along with your organization info (site URL and docs that prove to us your nonprofit status.) For USA based organizations, we require the 990 form.

After sending, give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email like this one:

IMPORTANT: When you get the "Congratulations" email and before clicking on the "Upgrade" button, make sure you have opened a fresh session at the Jotform site.

2. Can you forward me an invoice for the Bronze package so our finance department can promptly pay you?

Once you're already approved for a Non-profit discount and received the above email, just click the Upgrade button that corresponds with the Bronze subscription. 

After that, this modal dialog will appear. You'll be asked for your preferred payment method: PayPal, Credit Card, or Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer. Choose the 3rd option:

Then fill out the form and once done, you can print it out serving as a price quotation.
