We need to go live but my form is not sending the $ to PayPal

    Dear sir or madam,

    We need to fix this quickly.  We need to go live.  My form is adding the amount correctly, but not sending to PayPal.  I have an extra "amount" field and don't know where is coming from.  Please help!

    Can you please try to set the "Get Price From" field to Total and test again?

    I think I got it. But, I can't test it because it only allows one
    submission per account/e-mail address/ ip address? How can I turn that
    off? Please . . .I need to get this done by 5:00 pm.

    I see that both Unique Submission and Unique Question options are disabled in your form at the moment. It means that multiple submissions should be allowed now.
