I design websites. How do I use my account to create forms for my customer website and have the email link from the submit button go to the customer instead of defaulting back to me?

You can always customize email notifications, please follow the steps below:

Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification":

Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)

An envelope will appear. You can view and change the email address in the field highlighted below:

Click "Finish" and Save your form.

    Hi Andrew,

You will have to test the form using its direct link. Note that "Test Email" button is designed to send notification only to the email address associated or registered with your account.

Let us know if you need more details regarding this.

    Thanks

    Hi Jeanette,

I'm having the same problem as Andrew. Each time I change the emailadress it sends the form to the email address I used when I registered. I've different forms which need to be sent to different addresses. How should I proceed?

Another issue is that when receiving the form to our e-mail address the last part of the form is not visible. I need the entire form to be visible. What can I do?

    Kind regards,

    Maureen

    Hi Maureen,

By following this guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications, you will be able to change your Form Recipient Email Address. And as I have mention on my response above, you will have to test the form using its direct link because "Test Email" button is designed to only send notification to your account primary email address.

    With regards to the issue when receiving the submissions to your email address, I'd suggest you to re-create your form notifications;

    Delete: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder

    Create: Setting Up Email Notifications

    Thanks
