"Invalid PayPal account used"

    Hi there,


    I currently have a free Jotform account and I sent a form out to a client to fillout and when they clicked submit they received the message: "Invalid PayPal account used"

    Am I not able to send and receive forms with the free account or why would this be happening? Any information you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you!

    This issue happens when there is no PayPal email configured on the payment settings, upon checking your form this is the case.

    Make sure you're entering your PayPal email address.
