Unable to reset my account password

    I tried to make my account HIPAA compliant and it asks for my current password; however, my login is my google account which it doesn't accept as my password. Could you please assist.

    Please try resetting the password using the Forgot Password link from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address. 


    Once the password is reset, you should be able to login to your account using password and change it while upgrading to HIPAA.
