    not letting me log in to my templates, I did have in the past different accounts but need the one I use right now, here is the receipt of my paying every month and I do have an active account here info please help need to change and add more things and templates

    Hello John - Could you please let us know the webpage (exact URL where the form is) where at least one of your form is embedded? Also, please give us the email address you are using when you receive the receipt so we can trace your account.
