Form settings>>Form Translations: Unable to edit the alert and descriptions in translation section.

    Hello,

    I cannot edit alert and descriptions in translation section.

    When i click on the input and type something, doesn't appear any letter that i wrote.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked this on your form but so far I could not reproduce the issue.

    In the Language translations tool, I was able to type in the input box of the translations.

    Example:

    I also see that there were already 3 languages added in translations.

    Can you please check again.

    Hey again,


    "Field Translations" section are working but inputs in "warnings and indicators" section are not working. Please read my message carefully.

    Sorry for that. I checked and test again on your form, in the Warnings & Indicators tab this time, but I still could not replicate the problem.

    I can type in the texts in the input box.

    Example:

    I also now cleared your forms cache just to be sure its not the issue.

    Please let us know if issue persist.

    Hello again,


    Obviously there is a problem. I still cannot type in "Warnings & Indicators tab" inputs. Javascript is making my input's value empty every typing action of me. Please tell the issue to your software developers. And, there are some errors in console:

    Hello again!

    I finally understand the source of the problem. Please let your software team that if Turkish language is used, the problem that i told is persist. Now, i selected english language in the website and then its working.
