Calendar function that lets you reserve a date without blacking it out for others

I'm trying to add a function/widget in my form that will allow community partners to sign up to volunteer on a date. As I have some older volunteers I want to keep it easy and hopefully have a calendar on the form for them to select from. I like the date reservation widget but once one person signs up for a date, it blacks it out for anyone else. Is there something like this that will allow for multiple selections of the same date? I have tried the date picker and it's not quite what I'm looking for.
