Are you able to send submissions in ADF/XML format?

    Hello--

My name is Benjamin Miller and I am reaching out from VinSolutions with Cox Automotive. We provide a CRM tool for automotive dealerships across the US and Canada. We are partnering with a dealership in Eden Prairie, MN that you provide a service to. They are a used motorcycle store and you are integrated with their website for "sell your bike" lead forms. In order for our system to receive a proper lead, it needs to be sent in ADF/XML format. Right now, your JotForm "sell your bike" leads are dropping into our system as just an email. Is there any way that you are able to convert those leads to ADF/XML?

    Thank you for your time!

I understand it is difficult to parse an email for data to be stored to your CRM, unfortunately, we currently do not have a direct way to send submissions in ADF/XML format.

However, as a workaround, I have two thoughts in mind that might be able to help you.

    1. Send Post Data to Thank You page - this is applicable for new submissions

The data forwarded will be in HTTP POST array format, you can then use a script that will convert the array into an XML before inserting to your CRM.

    2. Use JotForm API - this can retrieve previous submissions

For all those submissions which you only received as an email, you can request the data in JSON format. You can then use a script to convert it to XML or you could also use an online converter.
