Google Sheets Integration Refresh

    Hi,

I have my form integrated with Google Sheets.  In the Sheets I have various calculations and Charts linked to this integration.

If I update my form and add more questions they are not appearing in my Google Sheet columns.  However if I remove the integration and set it up again it works.  This however requires me to setup a new sheet with new calculations and charts.

I can copy some of these calculations across but none of the charts and this can take a lot of time.

Is there a less destructive way I can perhaps "refresh" or "Update" the integration without removing it so I can sync my question changes?

It looks like you're referring to this form: https://www.jotformeu.com/form/92135550709356 :)

I have pushed the data to your integrated Google Sheet from our end. Please check to confirm whether the data is now visible on the integrated Google Sheet. If that doesn't work then you need to re-integrate the form to your spreadsheet.

    Thank you.

    Unfortunately it didn't work.

We suggest not make any changes to the Google sheets integrated to your form as it could break the integration. This is why the added details are not appearing the sheet.

So currently you will need to re-integrate Google sheets into your form in order to obtain all the data.

Additionally what you could do, is instead of adding charts and calculations in the integrated Google sheet, you could add this into a separate spreadsheet and pull the data from the integrated Google sheet. This will avoid you having to recreate everything again.

    GerardW, Of course, thank you.

That is a simple solution I had not considered!
