Account Suspended

    My account has been suspended? Please advise why and how I can re-activate it. Thanks

    The form "RepTradie New Client Set-Up Form" is asking for login information which violates our terms of use. That's the reason why your account got suspended. As per our terms, we do not allow collecting login information here in JotForm. Also, the word "Password" and "Username" will get your account automatically suspended because of our anti-phishing detector tool.
    We need to delete the guilty fields or the form so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, let us know so we can proceed.

    Okay I will delete the fields but need access to my account to do so.

    Thank you for your cooperation. I have now deleted the offending fields in the form I mentioned and in the other forms as well, I have activated your account. Please check and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Please refrain from creating such forms or adding any guilty fields to the forms to avoid any further suspensions on your account.
