Fields showing the exact response across the form.

The "2nd Child's Start Date" and "3rd Child's Start Date" along with the "How many days per week will your 2nd Child come?" and "How many days per week will your 3rd Child come?" are showing the exact response inputted for the first child.

Why are they displaying the same response as if the fields are the same? They are labeled differently.

    Thanks!

The autofill feature is saving the answered files in the local browser storage of the form respondent. It also prefills the fields with the same option.

Disabling the "autofill" feature may fix this issue. Or, you can change other field options and make minor changes so that autofill function will not get confused.

    Hi @jherwin,

Autofill was already disabled. What other reason would cause the fields to populate as if they're duplicates of the same question?

Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before opening the form.

As for days, the "5 days" option is selected by default which is why it has value when you open the section collapse. You can set it to blank if you do not want to display the value when they open the form.
