Is it possible to receive credit towards the 25% sale for my recently upgraded account?

    I recently signed up for annual Gold Plan and was not aware that a sale of 25% off was coming up.  I'm so disappointed!  Would it be possible to provide me with a credit?

    Hello Melissa,

    I checked your account and it is on the Bronze yearly plan. Do you have any other account that has been upgraded to the Gold yearly plan?

    The 25% summer sale was from July 22, 2019 to August 2, 2019. Due to the demand we extended the date to August 6, 2019. During this period the details and reminder of the sale was repeatedly broadcasted in all user's JotForm account as a message pop up when they login. Sorry, but now this sale has expired.

    The discount offer that we currently have and running is a 50% discount for educational establishments.
