Our form attachments are not showing on some receiver

    Hi, when we have attachments, sometimes its not showing on some receiver even if the attachment is enabled for them

    Do you mean the PDF Attachment, right? The PDF version of the submission? You have enabled Send Uploads as Attachment in the email template, but you have no file upload field in the form so I presumed it is the PDF Attachment.

    You only have one email template in the form. I see no reason why this would fail for the recipient since you have properly configured the PDF document in the PDF Editor.

    Note that Send Upload as Attachment won't work if file uploads are greater than 25MB which is the limit of most email providers such as Gmail.
