Trouble accessing PDF and Excel form submissions

    Hello, my client is having trouble accessing the PDF and Excel form submissions. She keeps getting a message " Internet Explorer cannot download server.php from secure.jotform.us. The request is either unavailable or cannot be found." I can access the information just fine and we are both using internet explorer. Any suggestions?

    PS. this issue is only on one form all the others are working

    Can you tell us which form you are having this issue with?

    I would suggest resetting your client Internet Explorer Setting and see if the download issue still occurs. Click here to automatically reset your Internet Explorer setting.

     

    Also, may I know what version of Internet explorer your client is using?

    Another solution I can recommend is by using another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

    Please contact us again if the download still occurs after resetting IE setting.
