    Emails not recieved

    Hi

     

    website www.gdrc.org.uk we have a template allowing people to book events online, "Entry Form Winter Dressage Series at Hangleton Farm" this has worked very well but last week we had the following booking which was paid for in paypal but we did not recieve any emails from jotform. Can you tell me why as these people lost their entry because we were not aware of it.

    Hello Robert,

    Sometime around March 22 there was a glitch in the email notification system after submitting payments via JotForm, it was fixed the next day morning.  This was caused by the code change that has been made for the recent Dropbox integration.

    Also, submissions are not affected by this bug, only email notifications.  You can see your previous submissions on your submissions page of the form.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

    Hello Robert,

    I understand your concerns and I apologize if this may have caused you any inconvenience.

    Last week, our system experienced some difficulties which resulted to non-delivery of notification emails for completed Paypal payments. This issue was brought to our developers and they worked day and night to have this issue fixed as soon as possible. A couple of days ago, the problem was fixed and service was back to normal again. As of now, everything is going smoothly and you do not have to worry about this happening again. Rest assured our team of developers and technical support personnels will do their best to avoid this kind of situation.
