How can I create a jot form and why do I need one

You can create a form in JotForm on its builder page.

On the My Forms page after you log in to your account, click the Create Form button on the left of the page to start creating a form.

If you are looking to collect data from respondents online, you can create a form in JotForm that you can publish and share to your respondents. The data will be stored in your JotForm account that you will be able to access at a later time.
