My jotform doesn't work

    I have recieved several complaints form customers asking about the emails they sent me through the use of my jot form. I then send a submission myself. I looked in my personal email to check the notifications but there was none. I also checked the spam folder and still nothing. I did log in to my jot form account and they were there. So I made sure the notifications were being sent to art_serious@yahoo.com in the account settings and everything looks in order. For some reason they are still not being sent to my personal email. Can you please help me with this situation?

    Hi,

    I found your email account in the bounce list. This is the reason you were not able to receive email messages. It was listed due to the ff: reason (see below)

    I had it removed from the list already. So, you should now be able to recieve the email messages. Please check again. Do inform us if this issue persist.
