PayPal Checkout Integration: showing an error when trying to submit.

    Hello, I am speaking on behalf of the IGBO Mid Year bowling tournament committee. We purchased your form service and are currently running three different forms which are linked to paypal.

    As I was the person who initially set the form up, I visited the form last night to show someone what I have been working on. Today we have suddenly had an issue with nobody being able to submit their registration and it seems to be linked to an issue with Paypal. I am unsure as to what to begin to do to resolve this issue, but it needs to be fixed promptly.

    I am also unsure with how to articulate exactly what the issue is and would appreciate being able to speak to someone on the phone about it--it's hard to bounce emails back and forth when you don't even understand what kind of technical support you need. Considering that we are paying customers, is there some way this can be resolved?

    Mind you, I have tried authorizing paypal as a guest, with my account and with a card through paypal. None of those are working ATM...

    Hi BDAVID,

    The problem should be resolved now. I tested the user form and seems the form working well now.
    Let the user know. Also, if the user or anyone encounter like this problem, please let me know.
