Please Configure Reply Email

    Dear Sir,


    Please, I have an Auto Responder in my account. Please, can you help me add this email address ( as my Reply To Email. I have tried to do it but cant. I really dont know how to do it. Please, help me add this email address ( as my Reply To Email.


    I also have this form's a "Send Message" form..I need this Reply To Email to be added or attached to this form so that whenever I sends out message and when the recipient replies, then the reply will come to my Reply To Email address (


    Please, help me out and do this for me and I will appreciate you do much.

    Hi Azmi,

    I think what you are referring is Email notification where you'll be notified/received notification if someone submits. Please take a look at this article for more detailed information.

    Like I said, I cant do this..Please can you set my Reply To Email for me..use this email as my Reply To email..Please, do it in my account and let me know.

    Hi Azmi,

    You can't do that on your account, however you can set that on your autoresponder notifications. If you have your form autoresponder, you can set that email as Sender E-mail so when your customer replies to the autoresponder message, that email will be automatically set as the Reply-To email. Here's how:

    1. While on Edit Mode, click Setup & Embed

    2. Click Email Alerts

    3. Select Autoresponder

    4. Set that email as your Sender E-mail
