Locked out of my account and all my forms are stating that they're disabled

    Hi, I signed up with google a few months ago, and made 4 forms on this site. They have been working on my site for a while now, and I wanted another one. I came here, made a forum, but could not view it, as it continued to report that "Form not found This form is disabled." when I opened it. I saw this also had happened with my other 4 forums, that had been working for a while now. I was working and suddenly was required to login again, only this time it authenticates with google, closes the popup, then does nothing. When I try to login with email, it gives me the error AUTOSUSPENDED. I have tried resetting my password, so I know for sure that my credentials are correct.

    Upon review of your account was found automatically suspended (autosuspended)

    Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, banking information, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that may contain words related to such activities.

    I have inspected your forms and found no guilty fields, so I have activated your account, we apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.

    same thing just happened to me today. I checked the links and they were fine. Just as I wanted to present it to my team to get approval to get on  a paid subscription, Viola!! All the forms were disabled....error messages kept returning forms not found. 

    Very embarrassing. We opened office today for the purpose of this meeting and it was in shambles!

    whats annoying more is that I can’t get logged in anymore. Even though I signed up through my google account.

    i wish this is resolved immediately. I’m giving a paid subscription a second thought.

    Thank you for your help Jherwin. It just happened again. Forms locked and locked out for auto suspended. This is really getting frustrating.
