My form is not found and account is autosuspended

    I was in the process of trying your forms to compare our experience to another form building website we currently use. I must say my experience in less than a week has been dampened by my recent experience.

    I set up a meeting today (being a non-working day) with my team to discuss the possibilities of subscribing to Jotform on a paid basis. To convince them, i had to show them the forms i managed to create and publish. I tried them this morning to ensure that all was well. But to my utmost surprise and annoyance, during the presentation, the links kept returning with error: 'Form not found. Form is disabled'. I tried to login to the account to assess the problem, but another shocker...I couldn't get in, even though i signed up through my corporate email account via google.

    Just imagine the embarrassment this caused me in the presence of my team.

    I'm not sure why this has happened and would be happy if this is resolved as quick as possible.

    I’ve read your terms and conditions and can’t find anything that I faulted in. If you can draw my attention to the specific clause, we’d be more than happy to respect it. We very much hope this does not repeat itself in the future.

    I presume this could be related to the Login-Employee Portal form. Probably you were collecting user credentials such as username and password, which is in violation of our Terms of Use. Please see the section below from our Terms:

    Phishing. You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example, sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.
