Change image in an autoresponder email by changing URL

Hi guys, is it possible to easily change an image that is sent in several emails without having to change each image in each email?

For example if I add this image using and URL and change the URL, will the email image change?

If you enter your email it will email you the autoresponder with the image. I added the image using the following URL: http://www.glin.market/giftcards/orange.jpeg

I later changed the image in this same address, but it keeps emailing the old one. You can check the image in the URL will be different than the one in the email.
