May I ask if you clicked the "PayPal Buy Now" button or the "Submit" button?
Based on the error message, it seems that the issue is with the connection between JotForm and PayPal.
Can you please try to log out from JotForm and from your PayPal account? After that, restart your browser and then log back into JotForm and redo the PayPal integration. Here's a guide: How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout.
I have cleared your form cache as well so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
