Locked out of my Account.

    My forms have been locked it said due to “phishing,” however I reviewed the terms and haven’t asked for any login or password, social security numbers, or any other sensitive information??? I’m confused. I was thinking of using Jotform for my business and would be using a paid option but I can’t have this happening. I used it for the first time for customer submissions yesterday. I had approximately 42 submissions and need those to fulfill customer orders!! I’m really freaking out. I need those submissions by tomorrow. Please help!!! How can I get into my account and why did this happen??
