Can I put PayPal on the confirmation page?

Can I put PayPal on confirmation page? I want to get their club membership app submitted & then ask for a PayPal donation.

You can simply redirect your users to another payment form, where you will request a donation. So, you will need to create two forms. You should add your Paypal donation form in the Thank you page of your main form. So, you will use the "Redirect to external link" option. Here is a guide:
